A strong background in at least one of the following areas is required:

 

· Digital circuit design

· Analog circuit design

· MOSFET operation, modeling, and simulation

 

Experience with CADENCE, HSPICE, Silvaco, and/or Taurus - Medici computer-aided design tools is needed.
